Descriptif du poste

Mission
We are looking for an Operations intern to help our U.S. team with daily operations tasks. Based in San Francisco, your goal is to collaborate with our marketing, financial, logistics and customer care teams to ensure a good execution of daily tasks and product launch on the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

  • Support customer care team on daily operations to provide the best experience to our customers
  • Support US logistics efforts
  • Manage damaged and defective returns
  • Support Director of Marketing at Sevenhugs events and demos
  • Coordinate hiring and interviews. Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Assist Accountant and external CFO with bookkeeping and accounting duties including: payroll processing and company accounts
  • Manage office lease and supplies
  • Manage U.S. office

Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • You are able to multitask, prioritize duties effectively
  • You are comfortable with last minute decisions/changes, long working hours that are prominent in the challenging but oh so exciting startup life
  • You are honest and upfront with our team members and customers
  • You are very energetic and passionate about our mission of making homes smarter
  • You are able to work with a cross-functional and diverse team

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Very organized and highly detailed oriented
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously when necessary
  • Process oriented, enjoy coordinating work between multiple parties and ensuring everyone contributes effectively and gets what they need
  • Big picture thinking: Ability to engage in day-to-day office work. No task is too small.
  • Microsoft office
  • Excel guru; PPT, or any additional skill set is added bonus.
